Echelatus sempiternus simplicior
Uncommon up to 1000 m., probably more common in lowlands. Attracted to bait and spitwads.
Similar species: Echelatus tolimus robigus (usually common in lowlands; I have no Cusco records) is plainer especially on V where it lacks contrasting dark areas; on D it lacks pale marginal and submarginal markings FW.
