Gorgopas chlorocephala chlorocephala
Common 1000-1500 m. Usually seen along rivers and streams; attracted to mud and bait.
Similar species: See G. gutta (much less common).
Gorgopas gutta
Uncommon at 1000 m., probably slightly higher. Puddles, often together with the more common G. chlorocephala chlorocephala.
Similar species: On VHW, pale bands are much narrower than the dark areas between them, unlike G. chlorocephala chlorocephala; palpi and body clothing are also darker.
