Oxynthes viricuculla

Uncommon up to 1050 m. Usually inside humid forest; attracted to bait and spitwads.

Similar species: Several Niconiades species are superficially simiar, but they have the white band VHW reaching the costa, and lack the tiny white dot at end of cell VHW, among other differences.
